Food That Tastes Like a Memory

Real Ingredients, Real Good

I bake with Non-GMO flour and sugars, pasture raised eggs, creamy European-style butter and soy-free gourmet chocolates. I believe that if the ingredient isn’t delicious enough to eat on its own, I don’t bake with it. My promise to you is that every item you eat from my bakery is made with real ingredients, including love! All items are baked by hand in my home kitchen with only the best ingredients and lost of love!

Golden Honey Challah

Challah is a slightly sweet and fluffy egg bread. It is a staple on the Shabbat table every Friday night. Challah is traditionally braided in loaves and known for making the best French toast! You can get challah braided or as a pull loaf. Seasonal stuffed challah is also available.

Shabbat Challah

Two BubaLux sized braided challah loaves for the Shabbat table. Dairy free! Challah can be traditional or topped with an everything bagel, poppy seed or sesame seed topping.

Rugelach

“Little Twists” in Yiddish, rugelach are a flaky, butter and cream cheese cookie wrapped around sweet fillings. They are traditionally made with chocolate, fruit preserves and nuts, or cinnamon and sugar.

Babka

A decadent sweet yeast cake filled with chocolate or cinnamon sugar and topped with a brown sugar streusel or drizzled with a warm sugar syrup.

Holiday Specials

I prepare special seasonal holiday bakes including orange blossom hamantaschen, matzah toffee, sufganiyot, honey cake and more!

 Celebrations

I can help you make your next celebration delicious! Challah at me for special orders.
